We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip, wax, and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust mop and clean floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with special projects and complete other duties as assigned
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
  • Use safety measures in work areas and assist in emergencies as needed
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred
