We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Travel Nurse. As a PICU Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
