Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at The Sugar Queen Doughnutry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are served to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Order Taking: Take guests' orders accurately and efficiently, explaining menu items as needed.
  • Pretzel Preparation: Shape and roll pretzels to the highest standards, ensuring they meet our quality expectations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Box orders and ensure they are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other food truck duties as needed to support the team and ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
