Job Summary

Associa is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain assigned areas, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, restrooms, and break areas
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform general cleaning, light floor care, and special event setup
  • Collect and remove trash and recyclables
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-3 years of directly related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, safety protocols, and regulations
  • Ability to interpret and complete verbal and written instructions
  • Professional customer service skills and time management abilities
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
Working Conditions:

This is a non-traditional office environment with frequent standing, walking, and talking. Overtime may be required, including on-call, weekends, and 24-hour emergency situations.
