With a competitive salary of $160,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience, you'll have the chance to work closely with our talented team to manage and support emerging photographers, develop new business opportunities, and drive growth initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving clear and consistent communication with artists and the broader team, acting as a champion of brand standards in all aspects of creative work, artist management, and agency communication.
  • Pivoting between daily deadlines and longer-term projects, working upstream to anticipate and plan for change, and understanding the entertainment industry voice and aesthetic.
  • Managing photography sales and commissions, securing commercial opportunities within the entertainment sector, and dealing with copyright, licensing, and usage inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in an agent/producer/creative management position at a leading commercial photographic agency, production company, or in-house marketing department. You should have a strong background in TV and film, a proven track record of high-value commissions, and existing relationships with decision-makers at studios, networks, production and distribution companies, creative agencies, and entertainment publications in the US.
