POSITION SUMMARY

This position entails the design, execution, and upkeep of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing our clients' operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement tailored business applications leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Manage and enhance SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and access permissions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with various Microsoft 365 services and external applications.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges associated with Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Offer technical assistance and training to end-users to ensure optimal utilization of deployed applications.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals, and training resources.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to suggest and implement enhancements.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
  • Possession of a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, deploying, and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
  • Experience in SharePoint Online administration and development.
  • Strong grasp of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
  • Additional certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint are highly valued.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for creating custom business applications.
  • Expertise in designing and managing SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, with familiarity in REST API and JSON.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a team setting and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
  • Strong documentation capabilities to create detailed technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
