About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and reporting to ensure timely completion
  • Lead and manage on-site tradesmen to deliver high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and general contractors to resolve issues
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices
  • Supervise the installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction
  • HVAC Geothermal Experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
  • Positive attitude and desire to deliver exceptional results
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
