About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Teacher - Child Development Center to join our team. As a key member of our Child Development Center, you'll play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young patients. Your expertise will help shape the educational experience of our children, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans for early childhood education classrooms
  • Lead and supervise infant and preschool Associate Teachers in curriculum, classroom environment, and parent relationships
  • Maintain classroom records, including the assessment of children and the collection of data necessary for the evaluation of early childhood education programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 175 days of 3+ hours per day within 4 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Experience coaching and training staff members and leading a classroom
  • Experience working with diverse cultures
