About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Teacher - Child Development Center to join our team. As a key member of our Child Development Center, you'll play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young patients. Your expertise will help shape the educational experience of our children, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily lesson plans for early childhood education classrooms
- Lead and supervise infant and preschool Associate Teachers in curriculum, classroom environment, and parent relationships
- Maintain classroom records, including the assessment of children and the collection of data necessary for the evaluation of early childhood education programs
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 175 days of 3+ hours per day within 4 years of experience in early childhood education
- Experience coaching and training staff members and leading a classroom
- Experience working with diverse cultures
