Fiber I&R Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber I&R Field Technician to join our team in Blackstone, VA. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic systems for residential and commercial customers.
About the Role- Installation and maintenance of fiber optic internet services, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.
- Complete pre-install work orders and post-install service verification to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Install interior and exterior wiring, including aerial or buried fiber optic drops.
- Collaborate with other technicians to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Fiber optic internet and home phone service experience is required.
- Must satisfy company-required tools and safety equipment checklist.
- Possess own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack, as well as necessary tools and equipment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
We offer a competitive production-based salary, with rates provided upon resume submission. Additionally, we provide health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and 401k benefits.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
