We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Pet Supermarket. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to plan and execute community events and develop mutually beneficial business relationships with various rescue agencies.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, including the care and well-being of all livestock.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle preferred.
