Job Summary
The registered professional nurse (RPN) will work in a dynamic environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. As a permanent charge nurse, you will also oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of care and efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to current policies and standards of practice.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Requirements
- Current NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN.
- Permit required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter.
- American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $40.09-$56.01 per hour. Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
