The Water Damage Project Manager will oversee production teams and manage projects in accordance with the company's established protocols. This role includes:

• Assigning and coordinating tasks with crews, ensuring effective job scheduling.
• Managing job requirements, completing necessary documentation, and supervising the entire production process from initiation to completion.
• Providing clear and precise pretesting, scoping of services, and accurate job estimates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the scheduling of jobs, resources, and personnel.
• Assess claim liabilities related to properties requiring construction and mitigation services.
• Prepare and manage documentation to substantiate the services rendered.
• Conduct property inspections to evaluate physical damage for construction and mitigation projects.
• Consult with subcontractors and team members on-site regarding specific job inquiries.
• Perform work assessments to anticipate required services.
• Utilize Xactimate software for preparing estimates.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
• A minimum of two years in a management or leadership position within the restoration industry.
• At least four years of experience in the Emergency Services Department of the restoration sector.
• IICRC certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Package:

• Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission and bonuses.
