Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Services: Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors, vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies, and shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Housekeeping: Clean metal fixtures and fittings, empty and clean trash containers, dispose of trash in a sanitary manner, clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers, and wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Teamwork: Respond to guest queries and requests, respond to calls for housekeeping problems, and contribute to team efforts.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
