Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to ensure timely interventions.
  • Assist with ambulation and transfer of residents, using appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, measurements, and other relevant information to maintain accurate resident records.
  • Participate in activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from a recognized accrediting agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and night shifts, as needed.
