Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our adult inpatient behavioral health program. This will involve conducting daily rounds, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric mental health nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily rounds in our 20-bed adult inpatient program
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Active and unrestricted APRN license in the State of California
- Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
- Active DEA license in California
- Malpractice Insurance
- At least two years of experience as a PMHNP
- A competitive hourly rate of $70-$80 per hour
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients
