Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Driscoll Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Administer and interpret evaluation tools to inform treatment decisions
  • Educate patients and families on evaluation findings and treatment recommendations
  • Develop and implement home programs to promote patient independence
  • Participate in patient care team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and community partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Current Texas licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Current Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 5+ years of experience in occupational therapy
