Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Telemetry to join our team at Emory Hospital in Decatur, GA.

Job Summary:

This is a travel nursing opportunity that requires the nurse to work in a fast-paced Medical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year and 6 months of experience in Telemetry and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including neurological and cardiac issues.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Float within the acute care unit as needed.
  • Charge and precept as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year and 6 months of experience in Telemetry.
  • Compact RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • BLS-AHA and CERT-NIH Stroke Scale certifications.
