In this role, you will have the opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of residents with developmental disabilities, creating a supportive environment where they can thrive and live their lives to the fullest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff and guide them in delivering excellent care, ensuring every resident feels valued and heard.
• Schedule and train staff, emphasizing the importance of empathy, patience, and kindness in daily tasks.
• Support residents in living as independently as possible, giving them the freedom of choice and the opportunity to experience life with purpose and joy.

What We Need from You:

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership, showcasing the ability to inspire and uplift others.
