Job Description

As a Part-Time Store Supervisor at Office Depot, you will be responsible for providing total solutions to customers while ensuring efficient operation of the Print function and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Print Sales and Services:
    • Support the efficient operation of the Print function to drive overall store sales and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.
    • Operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production.
    • Utilize communication tools to request assistance and coordinate services for all customers throughout the store.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support loss prevention efforts.
    • Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Drive positive client satisfaction levels by coaching and training associates to enhance the customer experience.
    • Support community outreach initiatives to drive client/customer retention.
    • Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided.
  • Leadership and Security:
    • Ensure the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team.
    • Perform opening or closing responsibilities, including driving awareness of key performance indicators and providing guidance to improve results.
    • Assist in reviewing cash handling, cashier, and merchandise error logs, register voids, tax exemption, and cash office audits.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
