About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float team at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current California Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of nursing experience
