HIV Prevention Navigator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HIV Prevention Navigator to join our team at WellView Care Inc.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for navigating underserved communities, providing HIV awareness, prevention, and education, and conducting STD and HIV testing and treatment services.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain a professional public image by building relationships with community members
  • Conduct community outreach services by visiting various locations, including community centers, homeless shelters, and public parks
  • Educate potential at-risk clients regarding HIV/HEP C/STD risk reduction, testing, and treatment information

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation
  • Prior experience in a primary driver-oriented role or equivalent

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
