Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $3.93/hour plus tips. Job Description

As a Server at Big E's Sports Grill Holland, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service to all guests while adhering to local health department standards and Suburban Inns' core values. This role requires a strong ability to interpret information, perform arithmetic functions, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum knowledge of basic math skills and good communication abilities. Formal education and job-related experience are not required; however, TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification may be completed upon hire.


Work Schedule and Environment

This position requires regular attendance and varies between day, evening, night, holiday, and/or weekend assignments according to business demands and needs. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy, with endless opportunities for skill development and advancement.
