At North Suffolk Community Services Inc., we're passionate about supporting young children and their families through our Early Intervention program. We're looking for a talented Social Worker/Service Coordinator to join our team in the Harbor Area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families. As a Service Coordinator, you'll work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services, including EI screening, intake, evaluation, and assessment.

You'll also participate in developing IFSPs, collaborating with families to identify concerns, priorities, and resources, and providing education, advocacy, and support on child and parenting issues.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $56,340 for Bachelor's Level Service Coordinators to $67,500 for Master's Level Service Coordinators, plus additional differentials for language skills and specialized certifications.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's Degree in a related field preferred. Licenses such as LICSW or LMHC are also desirable. Experience in infancy/early childhood and special education is an asset.
