About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchasing and Procurement
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
    • Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value
    • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Contract Management
    • Develop and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report on contract performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
