Maintenance Associate

Housekeeping Full-Time 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled housekeeping professional to join our team at Manor Lake Hoschton. As a cleanliness specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within our community.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established schedules and protocols
• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth laundry services and linen supplies
• Report any incidents or accidents to the maintenance director promptly
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior work experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and moving heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,500 - $60,000, based on qualifications and location.
