We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Solid Organ Transplant/Complex Surgical department at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on this team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a variety of intermediate-level patients, including those undergoing solid organ transplants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care based on their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Experience working in a high-acuity setting, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
