Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses and unlicensed personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Communicate Effectively: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to document patient information, communicate with healthcare team members, and provide education to patients and families.
- Continuously Improve Care: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- License and Certification: Current MS RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
