About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. in Lakewood, CO. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
