About This Role

We're redefining banking and looking for a Café Coach to lead our team in Brickell. As a Café Coach, you'll be the face of Capital One in the community, building alliances with local organizations and collaborating with vendors to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Café Ambassadors to deliver legendary customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities
  • Collaborate with vendors to drive business growth
  • Coach and mentor Café Ambassadors to achieve high performance
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services to provide expert guidance to customers
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, financial services, or a related field
  • 1+ year of people management experience or 2+ years of retail bank experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
