Syntelligent is in search of a SharePoint / PowerApps Developer to support development and design initiatives for a federal client.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a TS/SCI clearance and will be tasked with supporting SharePoint development and design activities for our client's SharePoint Enterprise solutions.
Primary Duties:
- Design, configure, and develop tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.
- Implement SharePoint-specific skills, including comprehensive development, customization of web parts, creation of sites, document libraries, lists, views, search functionalities, and taxonomies.
- Assist in designing system architecture processes, defining specifications, and implementing customizations for code or data migration.
- Deliver customized demonstrations of technology solutions.
- Engage in all sprint ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Develop design documentation for new solutions and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JSON, APIs, Error-Handling, Personas, SQL, Python, JavaScript, React, and/or SharePoint Framework.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills to effectively convey information to executive management.
- Understanding of SharePoint data structure and information flow.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (collaboration tool), Online migration, Microsoft 365 Governance, templates, page layouts, wireframes, UI elements, workflows, lists, libraries, alerts, and layout templates.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Mental Requirements: Capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities with minimal notice.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000-125,000 annually. This range is not a guarantee of compensation; actual salary will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, spot bonuses, and program-specific awards. Syntelligent offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees.
