Heavy Equipment Warranty Specialist

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Warranty SpecialistThis role involves working closely with our service departments to ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain knowledge of internal company systems and warranty guidelines.
- Apply technical information to service invoices to develop accurate warranty claims.
- Maintain claim tracking spreadsheets and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Process warranty credit memos/checks to settle invoices promptly.
- Prior supervisory experience over technical or parts staff in heavy equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA regulations related to safe job practices.
- Aptitude for repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment in a shop environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and mechanical work for repairing equipment.
- Volvo heavy equipment experience preferred.
