  • Conducts thorough assessments of assigned patients and develops, implements, and maintains nursing care plans
  • Supports physicians during medical examinations and procedures
  • Administers medications and performs diagnostic tests in accordance with nursing protocols
  • Encourages patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies
  • Utilizes clinical expertise and critical thinking to achieve patient care goals
  • Requires a valid Florida RN license
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Must hold current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations
  • A minimum of one year of nursing experience is essential.
