Job Title: Seasonal Beauty Host

About the Role:

We are seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host to join our team at L'Occitane En Provence. As a Seasonal Beauty Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized beauty experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
  • Communication: Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues, cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.
  • Problem-Solving: Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking the initiative to solve problems and put the customer's needs first.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
  • Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
  • Interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance is beneficial.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are recommended.
  • Basic Technology Skills.
