We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at The Haskell Company. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Develop innovative and cost-effective designs and specifications for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, ordinances, and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your deep technical knowledge to optimize design and construction processes, and lead the development of high-quality drawings and construction documents.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical design and construction, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
- Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Professional Architect.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in A/E technology and software, including Revit and BIM.
