Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our Nutrition Team, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients in an acute care medical center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required.
  • One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
