Job Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver direct patient care and administrative support within our specialized 23-bed intensive care step-down unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care for patients experiencing stroke and trauma, including the administration of IV medications.
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Managing care for patients undergoing high-risk surgeries and trauma-related procedures in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Educating patients and their families about care plans and health management.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate discharge planning.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Hampshire or a valid Compact State License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations.
- Completion of Basic Arrhythmia training within three months of hire.
- PCCN, TNCC, and TCAR certifications are preferred.
