Position Overview:
Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Engineering Technician 3 to support a leading American semiconductor firm specializing in radio-frequency systems and solutions.

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, and conduct High Power RF and small signal s-parameter measurements.
- Diagnose intricate RF testing and hardware challenges with minimal oversight.
- Perform data logging and analysis using MS Excel for data entry and graphical representation.

Position Type:
This is a temporary to permanent role.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with automated load pull testing and fixture calibration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in utilizing test equipment such as RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters.
- Strong understanding of RF testing, including s-parameters, high power RF, pulsed power, harmonics, ACP, video bandwidth (VBW), digital pre-distortion (DPD), and various modulation testing schemes (LTE/TDD, WCDMA, QAM, etc.).

Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
