Average Salary: $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

As a Class-A CDL OTR Lease Purchase driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the country. You will need to have a valid CDL-A with tankers and hazmat endorsements, as well as a TWIC card. You will also need to have at least one year of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years or one year of tanker experience in the last ten years.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid CDL-A with tankers and hazmat endorsements, a TWIC card, and at least one year of tractor-trailer experience within the last three years or one year of tanker experience in the last ten years. You will also need to be willing to obtain a TWIC card if you do not already have one.

Compensation

As a Class-A CDL OTR Lease Purchase driver, you can expect to earn a weekly average gross of $3,800-$4,500, with the potential to make more. You will also be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a $1,500 driver referral program, and a $50 clean DOT inspection bonus.

Benefits

In addition to the compensation, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including insurance through UTBA, truck insurance through NSM, fuel and tire discounts, free loading/unloading equipment, and national discounts at OEM repair shops. You will also have access to a systematic inspection program, a partnership with ATBS, paid orientation and on-the-job training, and a rider along program after one year.
