Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Staff Member to join our team at Clark Elementary. As an Instructional Aide/Adventure Club, you will play a vital role in supporting students and staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Teachers: Provide instructional support to certified staff in the classroom, working with individual and small groups of students to ensure academic success.
  • Support Student Progress: Monitor and report student progress to certified staff, helping to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for success.
  • Building Supervision: Assist with building supervision, including hallway, lunch, and recess duties, to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Adventure Club Program: Support the Adventure Club program at Clark Elementary, providing a fun and engaging experience for students.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by certified staff, contributing to the overall success of the school.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 60 college hours preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of job-related experience required.
  • Certification: Missouri teacher certification and/or substitute teacher certification preferred.
