Job Title: Lounge Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with all necessary supplies.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine to our guests, adhering to our Beverage Standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
