We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our fitness concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
• Present our fitness concept to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout experience
• Work at our front desk, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries
• Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services
• Work closely with trainers to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships to help drive studio growth and revenue
• Follow up with prospective customers to ensure a seamless experience
• Handle customer concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
