Guitar Center is seeking an exceptional Guitar Technician to join our team, bringing expertise in maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of guitar repair, strong customer service skills, and a passion for fostering a creative and inclusive environment. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring they meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong technical skills in guitar repair, including setup, adjustment, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus benefits and perks that support your well-being and career growth.
