Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team at Lee College. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons using our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of patrons using the aquatic facilities, adhering to all rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency procedures and provide CPR in emergency situations.
  • Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, providing courteous and friendly assistance.
  • Perform general maintenance and custodial functions as requested.
  • Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Must hold a current Lifeguard Training Certification and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
  • Previous lifeguard experience is preferred.
