As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of plastic parts, loading and unloading product and material from injection molding machines, and maintaining detailed records for product traceability.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble plastic parts in a clean room environment
- Load and unload product and material from injection molding machines
- Maintain detailed records for product traceability
- Visually inspect parts throughout the shift for early detection of issues
- Maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of the organization
- Dexterity for small part assembly
- Good eyesight for small parts (corrective lenses are acceptable)
- Able to read and follow detailed instructions
- Communication proficiency
- Teamwork
This job operates in a clean room production environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and photocopiers.
Physical Requirements- Ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day
- Lifting up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Ability to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on a frequent basis
- Capable of performing sustained motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to eight (8) hours
- Good vision at close distance is required (corrective lenses are acceptable)
