We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our biohazard remediation crews in Los Angeles County. This is a unique opportunity to join a compassionate company that specializes in cleaning up traumatic accidents, violent crimes, and crime scenes with empathy, sensitivity, and confidentiality.

About the Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing job sites, managing crew members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You will also serve as the point of contact with clients, providing excellent customer service skills to help them navigate this difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect trauma scenes, including suicide, homicide, decomposition, and other biohazardous materials.
  • Clear out hoarding scenes and extreme cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing toilets and sanitizing kitchens.
  • Set up containment barriers and remove building materials as needed.
  • Remediate mold and other hazardous substances.

Physical Demands:

  • You must be capable of lifting heavy items, wearing a hazmat suit and respirator, and working in physically demanding environments.
  • Filling and hauling 40-gal trash bins up a ladder and disposing of contents quickly.
  • Maintain composure and empathy when dealing with clients in emotional distress.

Requirements:

  • Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within LA County.
  • We also work outside of LA County, so additional travel distance may be required from time to time.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
