Job Title: RN - Telemetry Specialist

Job Summary:

Capleo Global LLC is seeking a highly skilled RN - Telemetry Specialist to join our team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and provide education to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Supervise and Educate: Supervise and educate nursing staff, students, and other healthcare professionals on best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participate in peer review, and engage in ongoing education to stay current with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telemetry nursing or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
