Job Description:

This is a critical role within North American Stainless that requires an individual with exceptional crane operation skills. As a Scrap Crane Operator, you will be responsible for loading scrap baskets, unloading scrap from railroad cars and trucks, and performing miscellaneous crane operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Additionally, they must possess basic computer skills and be physically capable of lifting up to 10 pounds.

In this role, you will be working in a clean, well-ventilated, and safe work area. You will be required to follow all prescribed safety rules, maintain a clean and safe work area, and report any absence or defect in protective equipment to the supervisor or manager immediately.
