Job Title: Ultrasound Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technician to join our team at Tia. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound scans, managing patient tracking systems, and ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound scans with confidence and precision, ensuring accurate diagnoses and excellent patient care.
  • Manage patient tracking systems to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with patients and providers.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses, and to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Document scans and results accurately, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients and providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, and maintain a high level of proficiency in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment.
Requirements:
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • Abdomen and Transvaginal certification required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 months of independent experience in performing scans with high diagnostic quality.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as pathology related to diagnostic imaging.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, with experience with GE voluson series preferred.
