We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Regional Hospital of Scranton. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will provide clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen review, and patient education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen review, and patient education.
  • Perform order entry of prescriber's orders.
  • Conduct drug utilization review studies.
  • Consult with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors.
  • Prepare IV medication.
