Job OverviewThe Learning Experience is seeking a skilled Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in preschool children.

In this role, you will establish a warm and welcoming space where toddlers feel safe and loved. You will design developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate sensory, motor, cognitive, and social development. Your primary responsibility will be to provide physical care, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring proper sleep schedules. Additionally, you will monitor developmental milestones, maintain communication with parents, and ensure safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create a Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm and welcoming space for toddlers.
  2. Design Developmentally Appropriate Activities: Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development.
  3. Provide Physical Care: Handle daily care routines such as feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules.
  4. Monitor Developmental Milestones: Observe and track developmental progress.
  5. Maintain Communication with Parents: Keep parents informed about their child's daily activities and progress.
Estimated Salary: $15-$20 per hour based on experience.
